A podcast is an audio presentation, not intended for streaming online, but for downloading via a high speed connection.  The file plays in a computer's media player or transports to any MP3 player.

• To download and save an MP3 file to your computer...
  ...for PC/Windows computers - right click your mouse and then select 'Save Target As.'
  ...for Mac computers...if you have a one button mouse - hold down the Ctrl key and then choose 'download linked file'...if you have a two button mouse - right click your mouse and then select 'download linked file.'

Would you like to play the podcast from a CD Player?

• Download free iTunes software from Apple.  Add the downloaded MP3 file to a playlist in iTunes, click on the File menu, select Burn Playlist to Disc, then insert a blank CD in your drive to burn the audio onto the CD.
